Pros

Work from home, good support systems, commitment to customer service. I learned a lot from the call center team at MASCO and it prepared me for other opportunities.

Advancement opportunities are limited due to the size of the company

Pros

The people. The people you work with are the only good thing about this job. But you don't get much socialization unless you work 2nd or 3rd shift.

Cons

HIGH turnover rate and there's a reason. VERY STRICT. You need to clock out in order to use the bathroom. Low pay, terrible hours, don't honor requests to take days off, even months in advance. They will force you to work a holiday or a day you've requested off, and then threaten to write you up if you tell them you won't be able to make it. Considered emergency employees so there's no such thing as a holiday, snow day, etc. (You will be written up if you can't make it under 5 feet of snow)
