Cost of benefits have recently decreased. Raises are less than 3% but consistent each year. Promotions are possible with client support and can increase compensation by more than 10%. Cons
Work can be stressful at times with last-minute changes due to budgets and new priorities. Some Postal managers are inexperienced at leadership and general management, but they mean well. As contractor, sometimes treated differently then Postal employee counterparts. Similar to other federal contractor roles.
