- you get stuck with terrible hours that cannot be changed until its time to "bid" on new hours which is 40% based on seniority and 60% based on performance/sales - stats and scoreboards are so hard to compete in and many many chats about "why can't you sell Balance transfers to 10 cx's a day" which is Ludacris if you consider you only get 30 calls a day and most of them are cx who need help getting into their Online banking service or just need a balance - all of our Online banking services are not user friendly and our credit dept is impossible to reach which means customers have to wait up to 1 month to hear
