      - great onboarding - friendly working environment and offices - challenging projects and huge learning and growth opportunities

      - things could get chaotic, but this should be expected in any fast paced environment (there is however always a will to improve)

      Pros

      Mbition is a great place to work. Home office, good team structure, competitive salary. Regular working hours, it never gets boring

      Cons

      I found no contradictions. I am satisfied, so far I have nothing to complain about. I cant think of any cons as of now.
