      People are very gentle, friendly and professional. Overall working atmosphere is still family like. Teams working, are professional and willing to collaborate

      Cons

      Salary is below expectations, and growing super slow . No clear career perspectives, A lot of things company is trying to save on the employee comfort. A lot of high level planning errors, that leads to a mess in the actual work

      Pros

      Mbition is a great place to work. Home office, good team structure, competitive salary. Regular working hours, it never gets boring

      Cons

      I found no contradictions. I am satisfied, so far I have nothing to complain about. I cant think of any cons as of now.
