salary employees have to turn in time sheets for 40 no matter how many hours you worked. when given money by owners for bonuses for supers, the company keeps. does not pay subs on time and moves money around to pay others. Office staff avoids calls and emails from subs looking for money. Office personnel trying to run the field. Job teams are not put together well. when they have no place for you, they make you use your vacation and personal time. Not worried about where the field personnel stay when on the road, only worried about how much they can save$ The estimating department has continually screwed bids up.

Usually have to start out as a temp and they do not roll you over to an MCC employee on time. There is no open communication with upper management. Employees always bring in unhealthy food that is left out till it is stale There is absolutely no organization They do not care about firing you at any time, even if it is via email. I did not feel challenged even though I requested more work four times during staff meetings or directly to upper management They do not have 401K matching
