unwanted staff - Union Laborer MCC Employee Review

Since multi-color has purchased this plant it has steadily declined. Upper management has no clue what he is doing and corporate is just letting this plant fail. I have worked here for over a decade and they have not invested to improve anything to help us succeed. We show up to work every day wondering if this is the day we are all out of a job. The pay is just above mediocre. They have taken away all of our benefits. it is just a pay check.
