Dysfunctional environment. Management forces employees to their way of thinking, no employee input is allowed. As opposed to management assisting employees with issues they may be confronting, the only focus is on the job performance with no concern for the employee. It actually feels like management wants to create a difficult environment just to show their power. The odds of trying to get management to listen is worse than winning the lottery. No set company rules. Rules are created based on who you are. The company changed ownership a number of years ago and benefits were reduced or eliminated totally.
