      The management is firm but understanding. They have an open door policy that gives everyone a chance to voice their opinion.,

      Cons

      Manufacturing plant does not offer any time off sick (no sick days). The first month that I worked fulltime (started out as a long term temp.) I got covid. I am positive that I got covid at work.
