      Pros

      Enjoyed the clients and some team members I worked with.

      Cons

      Low pay for industry, work as hard as you can, never good enough. Minimal training, upper management gets upset or just refuses to answer questions if you don't know or need assistance with something, managers who micromanage because they don't know how to really manage people, if you are in the MCCi click, you are in, if not, you are definately out, partial treatment to company manager pets, (golden boys & girls), The company is all about numbers, trying to hit them but for the most part, fails. They can care less for their employees, it's all about how we can use them and work them like dogs to obtain their self righteous goals.

      Pros

      MCCi is a great place to work with people who truly care about each other and care about the business. The culture is strong, even in a remote environment. The management teams and the Csuite make themselves available for discussions and have an open door policy.

      Cons

      Onboarding is tough - they expect you to hit the ground running quickly and have high expectations of success. Pay is good but low compared to other tech companies.

      Pros

      My team is fantastic! They are consistently positive and have been a huge support system. I also really value the transparency from leadership.

      Cons

      There is lots to learn, but for people like me that is a motivator not really a con.
