Management has no idea 99.9% of the time of what they are doing. They sit in meetings patting themselves on the back all day. They treat anyone under them who DOES know what they are doing as a threat and they will lie and manipulate reports to eradicate that threat. If you ever get injured working for this company, they will fabricate reports, delay sending proper documentation and incident reports, try to steer you from filing workman's comp up but not limited to coaching your coworkers to lie against you so the claim can be denied. After they've have fortified their false reports they will drop you like a hot potato on the unemployment line with no benefits in the middle of dealing with your work related injury. You can disregard this as a disgruntled former employee if you'd like but I have proof of all this and have brought receipts and am finally nearing justice after two long years. Lies to get you in, lies to push you out.
