Gives lots of opportunities to take on more work and get new experience, very friendly co-workers, OK benefits, often provides lunch and food for employees, flexible with start and end time, most managers are open to providing training options and mentoring opportunities.
Cons
Rarely promotes, often overworks you, standards are all over the place, some employees can slack off while others are forced to go above and beyond, management styles differ too much within the organization.
