      Pros

      Industry leading education, constantly adapted to what is currently required by the job market. I did the Web&App track, and I learned everything that's required to be a Full Stack Developer. From HTML, CSS and JS to C#, DevOps and many other things.

      Cons

      Some courses seem non-sensical, and do not offer much, but those are few and far in-between.

      Pros

      MCT is owned and run but 3 enthusiastic directors who value the loyalty of their workforce and do all they can to share the rewards of success.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be compromised in busy periods, however this is a reflection of the motorsport culture in the business and the directors' preference to share reward with existing staff rather than grow numbers for short periods of high demand which can result in quality and staff relationship issues.
