- no clear vision on what the company wants with this role - owner (one of three) is not great with communicating what he wants on matters that are important, but will bombards you with an abnormal amount of details for menial tasks - company is not organized, neither is management - no room for growth (will give you false hope there will be, but no follow-through even when an opportunity becomes available)

Hard to think of any as owners quite cheap and self-focused.

No investment into people in organization.
