Pros
The retirement plan is excellent. The rest of the benefits are great too. The mission of the institution is a definite motivator. The workforce is focused on getting our patients better and giving the best possible care.
Cons
Management does not have a way for lower level echelons to reach to the higher ups resulting in some half-proficient systems implementations. The initial ideas within this organization are great, but it is hard to get promoted in certain areas and very easy in others.
