Interesting company that touches many aspects of Aerospace and Defense. Depending on your role, you can get your hands on many different things that peak your interest.
Cons
I worked at this company for 15 years and I was very disappointed with their work from home policy. They only allow remote work twice a week on *approval* and the days you can work from home are static for the entire week for all employees (so you know those on-site days are packed with employees). Work from home policy feels like something the company had to offer to further prevent the large amount of employee turnover/attrition. Management appears to be immune to these policies and they seem to work as many days of the week as they prefer and on the days of their choosing. While regular employee on-site attendance are heavily monitored. Compensation is severely below average, you will find yourself experiencing Stockholm syndrome trying to justify the poor pay because the company does "Cool space stuff". Meetings scheduled during your lunch or off-hours is common. Management micromanages and is distrustful of remote workers, this often made me feel guilty or unprofessional for working from home.
