      The staff at MDI is professional yet personable. They work to understand each person's skills and experience. They are well connected in the Greenville area with a variety of companies. And they make every effort to find the right job for the right person. They stay connected to you after you are placed to ensure a smooth transition and are always responsive to any questions or requests no matter how small or large. I highly recommend working with MDI.

      Pros

      Positive things are happening at MDI and it started with Ella coming back in as the CEO. She listened to what changes needed to happen and the company is moving in a great direction by being focused on sales and headcount. Kickoff was amazing this year. Leadership really listened to us and brought back the trainers that added real value to our recruiting staff. Looking around the room it was nice to see people with 13 years sales experience mentoring people with 5 and 3 years experience. What was more refreshing was that there was 5 women in leadership there and they are kicking butt with their teams! President's Club criteria is finally changing and more people are going to get to go....It really is a great place where great people work!
