Pros
People are nice to work with; some decent benefits (free monthly office lunches, quarterly socials, Perkbox membership, Bupa health insurance)
Cons
Long hours (40 hpw), very high efficiency standards, upper management don't actually have that much autonomy. I don't believe they have EEs' best interests at heart when they enforce changes to workflow/priorities; main priority is increasing efficiency and output without consideration about how this impacts EEs. Morale is very low among EEs but I can't see this being improved unless the role is fundamentally changed.
