Pros
Good salary for a beginner & good health insurance
Cons
Micromanagement at the highest & unimaginable levels There is extreme pressure to reach targets that do not depend solely on you Local management is not really able to do anything to support their employees, as all the targets and rules come from the upper management in China The company wants to present itself as a Swiss company, but it is actually a Chinese company that tries to implement their extreme working culture, which within the European working environment is not feasible at all Ending up being in burnout while the company will make you believe this is normal or you are not good enough, even if the targets are actually unrealistic for a 40h/week working program - moreover, if you a have a permanent contract, you will be pushed to quit if you don't reach these targets, as they do not have legal grounds to fire you Overall atmosphere at work is rather depressing as everyone is in burnout
