This business is cutthroat. They use buzzwords like "ramping up" to justify cutting ties with employees just for not hitting goals one month into the job. They provide minimal training, supervision, and lack a robust termination warning process. One month is not enough to be expecting the world from your employees. Especially not for such little pay.
