Great company! - Project Manager MEC General Contractors Employee Review

Everyone here makes you feel like you are part of the team and leadership definitely seems to care.

I sometimes feel like there is no support from leadership, which is fine because i like to do my own thing. But a few newer people have complained about a lack direction and support. They feel for a lack of better words "thrown into the den of wolves".

The company does care about it's employees, provides good benefits and time off. It is construction and the stress and hours can be tough but the company as a whole cares about balance and does encourage you to find the balance and prioritize life outside of work.

They have made recent internal changes to provide growth for the employees which presented some hurdles to overcome, however it does feel like it was for the best.
