      Working here is like playing the lottery.

      Cons

      You are never sure if you will have health insurance, company has had it canceled multiply times without notifying there employees. You are never sure if you are going to get paid on time. Promises are never kept, employees have been promised bonuses, 50% paid parking, and other monetary amounts for ever day the company does not process payroll on time in the past. None of these payments have ever been made.

      If I could rate negative stars I would.

      Cons

      Lucky to be paid on time when payroll was being processed. Lucky to have active health insurance. They have not done payroll since December 2018 but had a huge share holder party. Former employees are still waiting on backpay. Note: They have offices in Panama , Miami, Brazil and Chili and now trying to hide the nonpayment of former employees by moving out of North Carolina.
