Pros

Small, family feel. Very cool Enterprise Architecture tool. Great people, hard working. Interesting clients. Flexibility in work schedule. Allows remote work. Cool to interact with international team. Diverse team. Good benefits. Senior management has good ideas and intentions.

Cons

Little room for advancement on North American team due to few positions. Compensation on lower end of comps. North American team separate entity from main European office, causing communication issues. Tool limitations/bugs can linger due to priorities of European dev team. Never gave me any goals or a performance review, never discussed my bonus criteria/calculation with me. Mentor was fired within one month of me joining the company. Surprise layoffs in North American after ceasing to share sales information months earlier. Had to argue case to get any severance at all, and still was minimal.
