Pros
The people are great, everyone in the production staff is willing to help one succeed. Being on the smaller side, everyone gets to know each other in and out of work.
Cons
Upper management unwilling to adapt to change. Benefits/Polices are draconian at best. Work environment can be mentally and physically draining. This is not, in my opinion, how a professional A/E firm should be run.
