Pros
Coworkers are great, down-to-earth people. Office is very relaxed. My manager trusted me to do the things I should be doing without looking over my shoulder all the time. I enjoyed the trust that was instilled in me and really feel that what I do affects and helps the company.
Cons
Hard to say much here, but I noticed that it is somewhat difficult to move up in position in the office. Although MFA is expanding rapidly it seems like you have to wait for your superiors to retire to move up.
