      Good work like balance and well paid.

      Cons

      No room for career progression. Managers can’t manage and are not given adequate training to help progress their staff, in turn staff get frustrated.

      Very Laid Back Work Culture Lots of time off Some really knowledgable employees

      Top Level Management running the company like headless chickens Lots of bottleneck on the tech side as they are extremely far behind their competitors Slow at modernizing and stingy with funding their tech team Essentially on a downward spiral
