      Exposure to many systems, platforms and applications Spacious parking Break area with 4 vending machines and indoor/outdoor breakroom Co-workers in some offices are great

      Time worked versus paid time No overtime/comp time if salary (US Only) Senior management Management in general Hiring process Lack of communication between upper management and employees Urgency of all issues is overexaggerated.

      Pros

      Most employees are industry veterans with 15+ years experience. Everyone is professional, and management knows how to allocate work effectively. Long shifts are uncommon.

      Cons

      Sometimes the best methodology is ignored, or not enough time is given to a more esoteric task dur to inexperience with a new concept.
