All of the other reviews have been so spot on and it is astonishing to me that so many people had the same experience and that nothing has changed! Although I am not surprised given what a tyrant the CEO is. I worked here years ago and was too afraid to write a review out of fear of retaliation by the owner. I heard her badmouth and spread rumors about an employee who resigned when I was there, telling everyone she could that the woman had mental heath issues. Does that sound too insane to be true? Sadly this entire place is a nightmare. I have had many people within the industry reach out to me when they see job postings for MFactor and I am quick to tell them the truth. The owner and her staff are verbally abusive and manipulative. I have never worked in such a toxic environment. At one point there was a weight loss challenge and we were required to bring healthy snacks into the office. CEO tried to control where I lived as well as keep myself and other staff there very late at night for no other purpose than to be controlling. The majority of the staff are people she is related to or has some connection with and have little to no event experience. Unethical business practices to clients by double-dipping or trying to go behind vendors' backs to get better deals. The owner is completing unhinged and the job descriptions are purposefully vague so that she can change your role when she feels like it. I cannot believe successful events are produced since every waking minute is spent serving her ego. CEO is Trump in drag.
