Very good place where I can start and the work environment was really good.

In my experience I dont have nothing bad to comment.

Staff alongside you are generally good folk to work with

Few UK people leave under anything other than a cloud. Management remote, brusque and not interested in listening. Changes to working conditions imposed with no discussion. Absolutely no opportunities for development or advancement. Middle management weak and will not stand against overbearing or destructive decisions from above. Immune to new ideas - macho management style employed if status quo is questioned. Favouritism alive and well.
