Tons of potential and opportunity to really influence the agency and your position. Management is receptive to change and values employee input. Great clients and a focus on producing top notch work.
Cons
It's a bit of a slow moving ship that's still working on shedding some of the old ways. Process is a little loose and disorganised at times.
