Pros
The team I worked with was wonderful--kind and patient people, who truly wanted you to succeed and helped give you those tools. Good work flow and organization, honestly enjoyed my time there.
Cons
Having had a close friend in another department, I know that it all depends on who you get as your manager. Some departments run smoothly and support each other. Others, I know firsthand will give you piles of work to do, driving you to do overtime. Additionally, in terms of raises/bonuses, they will give you a raise below the rate of inflation and expect you to be happy about it. You'll have to ask and negotiate your way to a raise that matches the rate of inflation. I will end it with this--it does feel a little bit rude to do an office renovation, and then a few months later to have big layoffs. So keep that in mind.
