Pros

People who work here are hardworking and goal-oriented. The company has a family-like atmosphere where employees are close and often spend time together outside of work. It also provides many opportunities for newly hired employees.

Cons

Management constantly pushes employees to work harder, often changing direction or adjusting sales goals and KPIs without sufficient background or clear reasons. Also, if you’re not Korean, be prepared for a glass ceiling.

Cons

No commission, office culture is terrible. Massive divide in the office. For the pay versus the work it is not worth it. Unwilling to change. Inadequate management. Products is too hard and wont be given formal training on it but expected to learn it. Not treated equal when walking through the door. No sales management. No marketing management. Lead generation is awful. No recognition. No feeling of acceptance. No appreciation for work being done. Very little spent on the employee. No career growth. Competition always beats. No real corporate structure. No real system in place. Pay is extremely low. Not a high performing sales team. Constant revolving door. Little to no PTO. Too much work and spread to thin. High expectations with little to no reward. No professional or personal development. Little to no flexibility to drive your own book of business.
