Pros
MIKID as a whole was a wonderful place to work. The people there have such a big heart to do the kind of work that they do. The providers really make doing the job worth it.
Cons
Upper management is so far removed from what actually happens at the ground level that it feels as though they implement new rules that do not help the staff but actually hinder their working ability. As well in the this role the manager does not know how to manage people well. They are really great with technical ability but lack the ability to put themselves in the role of there employees. They will put work on the shoulders of the people that work with them with out seeing if they are comfortable with those tasks and you do not feel as though you are able to tell them you do not feel comfortable in that role. The minute you make a mistake you are documented with HR. This gives you the feeling that you are always on the chopping block and you do not know when your last day will be.
