Pros
- Number of days of leave - Interaction with clients (+++) - Pleasant co-workers who mean well for each other (with exceptions) - Generous training budget
Cons
- Upper management talks about caring about employees, but sadly it is not felt on the ground. Lack of flexibility and compassion from management/organisation toward staff despite being a social service. - Middle management tends to impose their opinions and expectations without understanding the work already put in and the burden/workload of their subordinates (can really make one feel unappreciated and tired) - Organisation imposes new systems and processes without even proper vetting and despite negative feedback from the actual users of the system - the system makes work even more inefficient and frustrating, and was not necessary or should be more tested :(
