      We were paid every two weeks.

      If you are interviewing at Miracorp or thinking about working at Miracorp, run away. Run far away. This is the most poorly run organization that I have ever worked for. They lost a MAJOR DoE contract in one year because of program mismanagement on multiple levels. It would make sense that for a contract to be successfully managed, Miracorp would understand the contract and the work, right? Not at Miracorp! The ineptness and ridiculousness I observed at the highest levels of Miracorp is astonishing. Some steam of consciousness words to describe Miracorp — Micromanagers, liars, hypocritical, inept, clueless, secretive, incompetent, unprepared, aloof, phony, unplugged, uncaring, disorganized

      It is highly unfortunate that this is your perceived experience. What is described is not the typical experience of MIRACORP employees and, for the record, no contract has been "lost". MIRACORP appreciates all feedback and works to ensure each comment is internally investigated to constantly improve leadership and the employee lifecycle experience. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the contract world, there are instances where a newer employee may not enjoy the benefits of multi-year agreements or have the capabilities to move from one contract to the next. MIRACORP offers a variety of training opportunities to enhance employee development so that new experiences can lead to new opportunities. MIRACORP centers its employees as the lifeblood of the organization.

      Everyone at MIRACORP is friendly and professional. I have been working with them for almost 2 years. They make everyone feel welcome. It's a very diverse company (which is important). The leadership genuinely cares about its employees.

      The bi-weekly meetings give the staff and contractors the opportunity to discuss updates at MIRACORP and exciting events at work/life. The company offers a great work/life balance. My experience at MIRACORP has been professional, friendly and they have great resources to help you be successful. The process to request time off for vacation or go to jury duty is simple and easy. When I was scheduled to go to jury duty, the human resources and accounting staff did a great job helping me get approved time to go to jury duty. Recently, MIRACORP came up with an exciting idea to participate in walking challenges to promote good healthy lifestyle. It is great that MIRACORP promotes good fitness and health. Lastly, they use a terrific resource/time management system called JAMIS. JAMIS allowed me to keep track of my vacation hours, paid holidays, payroll period, retirement and health benefits. I like how everything is convenient to access all on the JAMIS system. It has been a great experience working at MIRACORP for a year and I look forward to another great experience this year. Thank you!

      I have encountered no issues working at MIRACORP. If there are issues, the program manager, human resource team and accounting team do a wonderful job of reaching out to employees quickly to resolve solutions.
