Great boss with an open door policy. The pay is decent and we do get a full 40 hour work week.
Cons
Contract work means that it has a possible end date. No raises unless you are able to find a way to move into a better position. We are salary, which means some pay periods, we may work up to 96 hours. When we have federal holidays, we are required to cover those days with our PTO.
