Benefits are really good. Generally the regular folks working here are smart and work hard.
Cons
Where to start, this company has really changed a lot since starting here a few years ago. Upper management is disconnected from reality. As others have said this company has way too much management. This company needs to flatten its structure desperately. Our CEO is basically a ghost, I don't think I've seen him in person in over a year. For a company this size that is unacceptable. Much larger companies you hear from, see, and can actively engage with C-levels on a regular basis. If you're a regular worker don't expect that at MISO. Our CIO is a clown we have more incidents and issues over the past year than the entire time I've worked here. I could go on but at the end of the day this company really needs a new CEO to clean house. Get rid of all the management, flatten the organization, and get out of the damn way so we can actually get stuff done.
