The truth - IT Director MISO Employee Review

1. MISO is always hiring. Because they are always firing, or people are resigning . 2. 5 star reviews on Glassdoor are presumptuous. Glassdoor ratings went from 2.9 to 4 stars in 12 months. Hmm. 3. There are more ex-MISO IT workers and leaders than there are employees. 4. Most IT leaders are from the same ex-company. All middle age white guys in the same clique. 5. Organization changes every three months here, it’s chaos, fear, uncertainty and doubt. 6. No climate pledge , no green energy agenda, most folks want consistent energy output. Think coal, nuclear etc. 8. Diversity and Inclusion is headed by a person of color, that’s a check box checked. 9. Very sensitive people, from a nervous culture, people are stressed and seems to me they are demotivated because there is no meritocracy in place. 10. The energy sector is behind the times in modernization. Other than that it is a fine place to work.
