Like many organizations, MITRE has evolved its flexible in-office program to provide employees with the adaptability they need to accommodate their personal and professional lives while supporting our company’s culture of connection, innovation, and collaboration. All MITRE employees can take advantage of our flex-time program that allows staff to flex their 80-hour pay-period time as needed with a minimum of only 50% of their time required in an office setting. Additionally. we are deeply committed to ensuring fairness and objectivity across all our employee programs, including the ability for our talent to grow and advance their careers through learning. Our robust employee learning eco-system provides tens of thousands of available courses (both technical and leadership based), and our Education Assistance Program financially supports staff who are pursuing higher education in their fields. That includes tuition assistance of up to $1,400 per credit and up to $28,000 per year towards additional or advanced degrees and College loan repayment assistance of up to $5,400 (lifetime maximum) toward student debt incurred before joining MITRE.
