-No casual breaks. - delayed giving the offer letter one month after joining. -signed off to join with some leave policy. Changed it after 2 months. Removed all the "sick leaves". - toxic work culture. no matter what you do or how long you work for, if there is a deadline they blame it on the new person. -fired without reason or notice.
