      The brands/concepts are good and their chef patrons are genuinely market leaders

      Cons

      Senior management have no clue what they are doing. A couple of City bankers who now think they are able to run a restaurant business? Do me a favour. Lots of toxic personalities across all departments including finance, HR and Owners

      -Erratic, poor leadership in the head office -Churns through people like no tomorrow -Cliquey, toxic & low-trust culture

      -Some managers in the restaurant operations are genuinely great -Exciting food concepts

      Pros

      Great environment, company mindset is nice and they take of the people they work with, of course they do it for their own interest, is not for the love of Christ, but it works and pretty much a lot of people is happy in their role

      I wasn't learning really much while working in there
