it's easy to fit in never get bored mostly good colleagues longterm positions its easy to get the job good reference good money for starters

terribly big wage gap (not just gender, urambátyám is everywhere) some incompetent leaders speak with employees in a bad tone (and no one cares) you are largely on your own with problems lots of patriarchal men, patriarchal (token) women lot of fake jobs for someone's friends - but it won't bother you, because they are never in the office
