Quick cash, but inconsistent for full-time work - Gig Brand Ambassador MKTG Employee Review

I enjoyed working at MKTG. The management was always super organized, communicative. They had high expectations but somehow balanced that with empathy. I worked part time (20-30 hours) for several years and they offered health benefits, mileage reimbursements, and PTO. It was also extremely easy to transfer between markets as long as your performance was on point. The main client at the time had adequate training resources so I never felt like I was working for an external agency. They were bought by Dentsu and I don’t know how the company has evolved since then. But it was great when I worked there

Sometimes coworkers were a mixed bag (professional or super disconnected/disinterested)

Nothing at all, stress from day 1 to last day

-terrible management -inexperienced managers -training is out dated -machines required to use no training expected to train yourself sometime same day as events -managers don't know how schedule properly-this went on for 2yrs never got better -HR is with another company name so when they are wrong they say their another company 😆 -HR has never worked in the roles they are HR'ing and have no clue of what ia happening in the field and how their managers actually treat field staff -can not keep staff so they over work those who are there
