opportunity to work with some very passionate and motivated people at all levels. an environment where making friends is easy. flexible work arrangements are strongly encouraged. has, in years past, been a leader in shaping the industry and providing outstanding products and services.
Cons
currently struggling to find its direction within the context of being a nab subsidiary. facing into some challenging head winds and i feel that exec leadership is unsure how to deal with this... which in turn leaves people at all levels uncertain about the direction they should be taking, what resources and activities should be prioritised and their own futures in the org. struggles to make the tough decisions.
