- Does not provide laptops or any benefits of a big company because they do not have the money (had to bring in my personal laptop to work)
- No call perks or incentives for hitting call numbers or goals, do not get your first placement/commission until 9 months of being there
- Small office, cramped cubicles and rooms (about 3 recruiters at the company all squished into one room)
- Was not provided with the correct training of any CRM systems, no formal recruiting training since they rarely hire new people/only 1 person in the training class yet expected to know everything and had to share one dice account.
- Very quiet, no happy hours, not a sociable environment like other staffing agencies
-Not given any tools to succeed and expected to know everything even though I had no industry experience, was talked down upon by the CEO for not knowing the answer to something after 1 week of being there, even though I was never explained or taught correctly, and when I tried to explain this, I was reprimanded.
- Expected to stay late every day, again I was not aware or ever told I must stay past my work hours especially during training and was yelled at.
-In trouble for not being "bubbly" enough when responding to my manager (I said ok great got it! in response to a question I asked over chat) and was told this was inappropriate and if I talk like this now, they don't want to know what my attitude would be like years down the road
