Where to start... - Horrible work culture. The management will not care about your wellbeing. Working hours are 9am to 6pm Mon-Fri. But if you leave at 6pm as per your agreed timing, you will have a problem since you are not fully commitment with the company. EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT BUSY OR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO. Hadi wants you in the office form 8am until 11pm everyday. - Constant lies, to employees and to the (VERY FEW clients). They will tell you from the interview that all the events have 200+ international attendees. With these exact words. Well, be grateful if you find 20 attendees including the event staff and speakers. They as well will tell you that they are the leading events company in mining industry. And if this is true, I do not want to know how the least on the list is doing since MMSteel has 0 revenue. Every event is a constant loss. Most of the attendees and speakers go for free, events in 5 star hotels. Do the math. - Expect your salary to be delayed EVERY month. They will always try to find the most stupid excuse to cut your salary, such as you are sick or that day you came 10 minutes late. - Expect to work 60 hours per week, including weekends, and with no benefits. Of course, extra hours or working on holidays are not paid. - Overwork. You will be hired for a specific job and you will end up doing: sales, event planning, admin work, HR, personal assistant.... and all without proper training or knowledge. - Expect unlimited calls and emails after working hours EVERYDAY and every weekend. And you are expected to reply. - NONPAID VACATION. Honestly, I could continue with this endless list. I hope this helps people to not fall into this scam anymore. This company should be long closed.
