Pros
The creative looks and ideas are all there. Sound talent as far as style and vision creatively. Start Up . Right in the fashion district. They will seem at first like its together.
Cons
The business is actually 2 businesses a store, and a minor company in the back. They are run side by side pushing the same products but with different prices, niches, customers to different markets. There is no real established brand for either and absolutely minimal online sales . Its foundation was built by interns who work for free in busy season and are paid by EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE which turns out to honestly nice but not worth it in the slightest. Employees/Interns are required to record their processes in a department manual constantly so much that the roles are replaceable sort of like an assembly line but for a position, if one leaves another fills in that role and to do the job just read the manual. LOW pay, 2 different owners. No constant cashflow for the business as far as people coming into the store. No real daily direction, there is a feel of constant meeting but you never get anywhere because you aren't actually trusted to do anything meaningful or impactful. No more then 3-4 full time employees at a time work together, everyone else i free working on internship. SO everyday you work with different people so building momentum as a team is very difficult.
