      Pros

      Not like a normal office with boring every day monotony. HR sends out games/prizes, there are work winter and summer parties, the inter-office Skype program is wonderful especially when you are first starting. Work life balance is amazing.

      Cons

      My office is more of a satellite office, so mostly I work alone, which can be challenging when trying to learn. Promotions and raises are only once a year.
