- The diversity/ inclusion is just for namesake of praxity. They dont practice the same in their promotion and recognition. Its 70% Chinese and east asians who remain in their own very bubble. The amount of expenditures on different ethnic events is too extreme. Eg their budget for Chinese new year would be $$$ vs some other ethnicity would be $.
- They have poor pay raise irrespective how long you worked in the busy season. ( <5%).
-Even if the partner is equally responsible for the client tanking , managers and staffs are fired .
-The Talent acquisition team is very rude and would be fair to say racist
-There are not many templates/ standardization in the document. Hence every partner have different expectations from the staff . This is in turn is very toxic and can impact your performance reviews and your career progression . In short it looks like a big firm but really works like a small firm
- The non busy season time is really boring. Most of the people cocoon at their homes and hence the work culture is basically dying.
- If someone leaves the firm there is not even a goodbye email .Plus the firm is basically downsizing.
