Pros

I boast and rave about MNTN to my friends and family often. In addition to the amazing perks (listed below), their culture and values are unmatched in my experience. It is completely virtual but somehow they've created a fun and immersive work environment. They are great at hiring GOOD people - everyone is supportive, helpful and fun. The C-Suite is humble and encouraging. Management is encouraging, kind and always available - not micro-managing in the least. The product is good and easy to sell. I just love working here and don't plan to leave ANY time soon. Perks: -Unlimited vacation PLUS vacation stipend- they actually WANT you to take time off -Quarterly offsites in fun locations (Los Angeles, Aspen, etc) with fun activities -$100/person in "fun money" for team activities -Free Health Insurance

Cons

It's only WFH, which can be challenging. Internal communications can be lacking and somewhat disorganized.

Pros

100% remote job. I personally really appreciate the effort the company puts in to wellness initiatives, connecting remote employees, and just generally trying to do nice things. A lot of room to make an impact. People have been incredibly nice to me and all of the new hires I've seen; no one yelling, no insane deadlines, etc. Company is profitable. Work life balance is generally good; we get one three day weekend a month, we get a vacation stipend. Ad tech space is basically about printing money.

Cons

The company is laying people off because they're not happy about the stock price. Some of the people I work with are nice, but I can't necessarily say they're smart. The reason there is room to make an impact is that there's a lot of room for improvement in the tech stack. I think some people need to set better boundaries about when they're doing work.
